Modeled after watches that were treasured and passed down through generations, the Rolling Stones Time Teller combines a classic silhouette with a rock-and-roll twist, embracing the perfect fusion of timeless elegance and rebellious spirit.
Powered by a Miyota Japanese quartz 3-hand movement, this watch ensures accurate and precise timekeeping, offering both style and functionality for any adventure. The product details reveal an item width of 5 inches and a Tang Buckle clasp type, with the watch being made in China.
The recent Nixon x The Rolling Stones collaboration drop on August 30th was celebrated with a heavy session at the Nude Bowl, located deep in the desert east of Los Angeles. The crew, including skaters like Phoenix Sinnerton, Ruby Lilley, Zach Miller, Mikey "Mooks" Morris, and Dane Barry, as well as the legendary Christian Hosoi, gathered to test out the new Stones watches and rip a rehabbed piece of skateboard history.
Despite the challenging weather conditions, with thunderstorms rolling over the hillside and 100-degree temperatures filling the valley, the skaters embraced the pressure and showcased their skills. Muralist Damin Lujan created a stunning Nixon x Rolling Stones hieroglyph mural on the freshly patched pool, adding to the visual spectacle.
Cinematographer Joe Krolick captured the action from multiple angles, including drone, tripod, and ground-level perspectives, while photographer Grant Brittain documented the event, building on his iconic skateboarding legacy. The session was filled with frontside ollies, backside airs, crail-slides, and death-box grinds, showcasing the skaters' mastery of the sport.
Despite the sporadic downpours, the skaters persevered, using paint trays to shovel water from the pool and continuing to push the limits of their abilities. When the day was done, they left no trace, pouring out a fresh bucket to bury the evidence of their thrilling session.
